Intrm Innovations is a digital company located in the Capital Region of New York State. Intrm Innovations began as a concept to enable businesses to communicate their staffing needs immediately and for workers to locate their ideal job with a schedule that makes sense to them. Intrm Innovations believes in connecting people inside the ecosystem of the HIVE; including businesses, workforce, educational institutions and charities.

Susan Hansen
Founder and CEO
Susan has practiced as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 20 years. During this time, she has managed multiple dental practices and is truly passionate about delivering patient-centered care. This passion for the client experience evolved into Intrm Innovations, a digital platform initially directed to empower dental professionals. The HIVE has since expanded to connect workers and businesses across several industries to redefine staffing.
